Starting next month, April 2023, I am sending culinary salts and herb seasonings directly to your home with my Spice Trade Delivery Service for California Wine Poppies. California Wine Poppies is culinary salt and herb seasoning business on the central coast of California. I have twenty-four herb seasoning blends to send (2 per month) and have specially curated each month to correlate with the season or holiday menu.
Herb Seasoning categories are; Kitchen Classics ‘around the world,’ Americana, and BBQ Blends.
Kitchen Classics is exactly as its name states and are blends you would find in your kitchen or your grandmother’s kitchen for decades. They represent their geographical area and utilize most chefs’ ingredients when cooking their cuisine. For example, Tuscan Herb Seasoning Blend uses rosemary and garlic as they do in Italy. The Americana line is my unique creation and requires a few extra thoughts when preparing your menu. For example, the Fine Wine Blend is my most extreme and probably limited blend. The Fine Wine Blend can be used as an accompaniment for hors d’oeuvres by sprinkling on top a block of cream cheese smothered with an orange marmalade preserve and served with crackers. Or, sprinkle a Fine Wine blend over a summer salad with smooth, fresh butter lettuce with a Champagne Vinaigrette dressing to add savory flavors and a little crunch. The BBQ Blends are standard and easy to use, representing the state they were made for. For example, the Memphis Rub was created with brown sugar, sugar, paprika, garlic, black pepper, ginger, onion, and rosemary. If you look close enough, you will see a little shine or sparkle when you sprinkle it on your meat for the barbeque.

The cost per delivery is $23, including shipping, two spice blends, and two recipe cards per month ($288 a year).
