Kabinett Light body semi-dry or dry German wine. The name implies a wine of superior quality, set aside for later sale. In Austria, the alcohol content may not exceed 13% ABV. Bordeaux Medium-full bodied red wine with notes of smoke, plum, black currant, tobacco, and graphite. The blend is typically made up of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. A white Bordeaux blend is typically made from Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Muscadelle presenting gooseberry and melon flavors and aromas. France.

Meritage A blend of two words; merit and heritage. The wine must be considered a high-quality wine with 25,000 or more cases produced in a year using any grapes from the Bordeaux region of France.

Rhone Comprised of red and white varietals blended together. Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Bourboulenc, Cinsaut, Clairette Blanche, Carignan, Counoise, Grenache Blanc, Muscardin, Picardan, Piquepou Blanc, Roussanne, Terret Noir, and Vaccarese. A white Rhone blend is full bodied with apples, parmesan cheese, cream and lemon flavors and aromas. Made with Marsanne, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Viognier, and Bourboulenc. Riesling is a white grape with pronounced floral and perfume aromas and high acid. Riesling is a variety which is highly terroir-expressive … implying that the character of the wine is influenced by the place of origin.
