Eat, Drink, and Be Merry provides a professional concierge to book your itinerary. A dedicated, knowledgeable, and experienced driver to tour the Central Coast in private, discreet, luxury transportation. Choose the date of your event, the destination(s), and the style of tasting, whether it be beer, wine, cider, spirits, epicurean with olive oil, cheese, or reservations at a fine dining facility. We provide educational tours, scenic tours, and executive transportation for your specific needs. We do all the legwork so you can enjoy the entire experience.

WINE TASTING – Blanc, Blush, Rouge, Effervescent, and Fortified.

SPECIALTY WINE TASTING – In the vineyard or cave, with the winemaker, Garagiste, behind-the-scenes winemaking, or on the farm.

BUBBLY ONLY TASTING – Demi-Sec or Brut? Which style is your favorite to sip? Destination options include Club Bubbly in SLO, Laetitia in Arroyo Grande, Stellar’s Cellars in Orcutt, Pierfront in Avila Beach, Cutruzzola in Cambria, Rava in Paso Robles, Bubble Shack in Los Olivos and Flying Goat in Lompoc. Rates begin at $125-$175 per person, with a minimum of 4 persons booked.

ARTISAN & EPICUREAN (SPIRITS, BEER, OLIVE OIL, CHEESE) – Add a little spice to your life by tasting spirits or beer instead of wine. Sample olive oil and cheese with your drink of choice.

THE FANTASY OF LIGHTS – Create pure magic with a fantasy of lights on this truly unforgettable experience. Join Tours & Tasting by Eat, Drink, and Be Merry to tour lights and holiday sights with family and friends. Sip on gourmet hot chocolate and feast on cookies as you drive through neighborhoods decked out in holiday cheer. Choose from the original classic movies like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Frosty the Snowman, or Santa Claus is Coming to Town to play on the overhead movie screen or listen to favorite holiday tunes by Burl Ives and so many more as you create magical memories to last a lifetime. All new in 2022 is our partnership with Santa Maria Elks Recreations, “Christmas in the Country,” with a grand finale at “The Christmas House” on Arroyo Court in Orcutt, CA.

THE STADIUM EXCHANGE – Transportation for Sporting Events; Who is your favorite team?  What is your favorite sport?  Are you rooting for blue or red?  Need a ride?  I’ve got you covered!  Please hire me to drive you to the game and back home in the comfort of my luxury SUV.  Relax and enjoy the scenery before you arrive to cheer on your team.  And, then, relax again on the way home, whether your team won or lost.  I provide First-class travel accommodations for the big game, which is the only way to go—door-to-door service without traffic worries or dealing with the safety of your car.  Leave the responsibility of driving and parking to Eat, Drink and Be Merry. “Go – Fight – Win!!”

We require a 50% deposit when booking to reserve your date. Our cancellation policy is a minimum of 72 hours before your excursion. We will refund your money minus a 10% service fee if you cancel before that time. Cancellations within 72 hours will be refunded 50%.

  • Excursions include a professional guide, luxury SUV, concierge service, door-to-door pickup/drop off, complimentary water, and last but not least, A TRIP OF A LIFETIME!!
  • Safety & Sanitization is key to our success. Following CDC Guidelines, the SUV is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each tour. Masks may have to be worn in the vehicle as the rules evolve to protect you and our drivers. We will update you as the CDC updates us along with the CPUC.
  • Gratuities and Tasting Fees are not included in our rate, as each winery has a different policy regarding tasting fees.
  • All-Inclusive Packages Available
