We enjoyed a long Easter weekend in Texas, visiting a few of our favorite places and partaking in wine tasting, golf, and shooting guns, but mostly spending quality time together. We even had an old-fashioned egg hunt for my daughter-in-law’s younger siblings. The Golden Egg was full of silver and gold coins and was not the last to be found. The holiday spirit was shared all weekend as we sat in the backyard feasting on a new Easter tradition of Mexican food and BBQ tri-tip.
