Tracy has fond memories of trips abroad, visiting the wine regions, and learning about the wines firsthand from the vineyard owners and staff. Tracy loves french fries with lots of sea salt with a glass of champagne with a touch of Aoili. And surprisingly enough, she loves fried chicken with a glass of the good stuff. As stated in the podcast, we spoke about two informative books our dad recommends to read about the ravaging of the vineyards during World War I and II. I was shocked, to say the least, to learn about the destruction of vineyards and wine cellars during those epic times in our history.

This past year has been a fun and wild ride. Tracy’s plans in the future are to take trips to Champagne and Northern Italy with small groups of six to eight guests and learn more about the regions producing these amazing wines. I cannot wait!! Cheers
